ONE NIGHT HA LONG BAY CRUISE ABOARD PALOMA

Bai Tu Long Bay – Vong Vieng floating village – Trong cave – Ha Long bay – Sung Sot cave

Day 1 Ha Noi – Bai Tu Long Bay –  Vung Vieng Floating Village (L,D)

7.45-8.00 Our bus or private car will pick you up at your hotel.

12.30         Arrive at Paloma office, Halong City. Transferred by tender toPaloma Cruise– Enjoy welcome drink. Receive cruise briefing, check in cabin and begin your cruise.

13.30         Having lunch – delicious Vietnamese set menu (Massage service is available after lunch and throughout the tour).

15:00         Head to Bai Tu Long Bay, pass the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Monster Head and Teapot Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village.
Visit the Vung Vieng floating fishing village by bamboo sampan for an hour or kayak in to the village then return to Paloma Cruise for your leisure or join one of the following optional     activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, swimming etc.

18:00        Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by islets near Hang Trong. Happy Hour (sunset party).

18:30        Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.

19.15        Sumptuous set-dinner onboard.

21.00       Relaxing on your cabin or join the on board activities: film entertainment, light music for dancing in the dining room (please book in advance with your tour guide), board games and playing cards are available, and massage services are available. Passengers may also try their luck at squid fishing from the boat.

Day 2     Amazing Cave – Ha Noi (B,L)

06.15      Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.

 07.00     Have breakfast

08.00      Explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot Cave ).

 08:15     Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance and tour the cave for approximately 45 minutes. Walk down about 100 steps and return to the boat.

10.00      Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier).

 10:30     Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. We will settle bills after lunch.  Relaxing on the sundeck or in the dining room, enjoying the rest of Halong bay before getting back to harbor.

11.45      Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour. Transfer by tender to the pier. Get on van or car back to Hanoi.Arrive in Hanoi approximate 4:30 PM.

Tour booking process:

• Upon receipt of automatic reply from iOneTour, it means that your request has been confirmed to be successfully received by us.
• You can make a direct call to our company or contact us via the hotline as displayed on our website for your intended booking.

• All tours as displayed on our website are for reference only. Each tour might be supplemented with additional items or changed in terms of travel itinerary in conformity with the Aviation schedule. Accordingly, upon your booking, we will email you with detailed information about the tour in respect of time at your choice to confirm your booking once again with us.
• You can contract with us to confirm your tour booking by different ways at your convenience: Directly present at our office or our staff will access to your premises for contracting (in inner Hanoi), by email or fax.
• Submitting necessary documents and items such as: Identity Card, Passport, Certificate of Birth, deposit 50%… immediately after contracting to iOneTour so that iOneTour can conduct booking services for you. If you are in inner Hanoi, our authorized representative will directly access to your premises to collect such necessary documents and items. For other cases out of Hanoi, you can remit by account transfer to one of our account numbers as follows:
• You will make advance payment for 100% of the tour value 10 days before the date of departure exclusive of Saturday, Sunday.
• You will prepare your personal luggage at the instruction by DL Company.
• You will be picked up at a place of appointment for the whole tourists’ group (in case of free independent traveler (FIT) or at a place on request (in case of group inclusive tour (GIT).

Process of confirmation and reservation by DL Company

Upon receipt of your request by email or telephone call, we will specifically advise on travel itinerary, time and pricing as per destinations on your demand.

Emailing or faxing specific tour and pricing in conformity with the date of departure at your request.

Contact you to sign Travel Contract in such a way that it is most convenient for you.

We will send detailed information by email (in case of free independent traveler (FIT), hold meeting with tourists’ group (in case of group inclusive tour (GIT) with contents as follows: Weather condition, luggage, aviation, customs at destinations where you will visit at least 02 days before the date of departure for your personal preparation.

CONDITIONS OF TOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

– You should book 05 days in advance to have services arranged most considerately.

– For Voucher, please feel free to book 07 days in advance have services arranged most considerately. Cancelling booking 03 days in advance will be free of charge, 02 days in advance must be charged 50%, and 01 day in advance must be charged 100%.

15:00      Head to Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Visit the Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boat (01 hour) or Kayak into the village then return to the vessel for your leisure or join one of the following optional activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, swimming etc.

18:00      Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by islets near Hang Trong. Happy Hour (sunset party).

Day 2   HaLong – Lan Ha Bay (B, L, D)

06.15    Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served

07.00    Paloma weighs anchor to sail through the bay and pass by several beautiful places such as Trong (Drum) cave, Trinh Nu (Virgin) cave, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc. Early breakfast in the dinning room.

08.30    Transfer to Smaller boat for Lan Ha Bay excursion.

09.30     Guided kayaking and swimming at Three Peaches beach, a pristine natural beach lapped by the turquoise water.

12.30     BBQ lunch is served on beach(depend on the weather or tide levels).

14.00     Continue to discovery Toi and Sang Cave (depend on the tide condition ), the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and bordering the Gulf of Tonkin.
Visit its quaint fishing village and lagoon. Possibility of kayaking through an amazing tunnel under a karst mountain (time permitting).

16.00     Return to Paloma Cruise for dinner and overnight.

17.00     The vessel cruises back to the bay for second overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Happy hour (Sunset party).

19.15     Sumptuous Seafood Set – dinner onboard.

21.00      Relaxing on your cabin or join the on board activities: film entertainment, light music for dancing in the dining room (please book in advance with your tour guide), board games and playing cards are available, and massage services are available. Overnight aboard Paloma Cruise.

Day 3    Amazing Cave – Ha Noi (B, L)

06.15    Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.

07.00    Have breakfast

08.00    Explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot Cave).

08:15    Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance and tour the cave for approximately 45 minutes. Walk down about 100 steps and return to the boat.

10.00    Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all of your belongings from the cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier).

10:30    Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. We will settle bills after lunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.

11.45    Arrive at Hon Gai Harbor. Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside the Paloma Office while waiting for getting on Van back to Hanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi about 4:30 PM.

• Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming, kayaking or snorkeling excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.Unused services are not subject to a refund.
• Meals onboard are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood…. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (1) week prior to the cruise date.
• Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport numberand visa expiry date for all passengers.

Children Policy:

• The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for one children sharing a cabin with two adults (No extra mattress), limited to one child per cabin.
