14:30 Visit Ca Tu Tourism Area. You can take the cable car hit to the top of the mountain to see the statue of Buddha lying (Long 49m, height: 11 m). Then back to the hotel. Swimming on the beach and have dinner. Overnight in Mui Ne.

The site was first developed by the French in the 1920s, who escaped the summer heat for its cool, mountain air. After a brief heyday in the 1930s the resort was abandoned and soon fell victim to the ravages of war and the encroaching jungle. Thanks to a high annual rainfall together with temperatures at a constant 17–20°C, dense forest growth cloaks the mountain, which is home to over five hundred species of flora and 250 of fauna. In the past few years the local authorities have poured money into Ba Na, converting some of the old French villas into guesthouses and restaurants, laying forest trails and a new access road and even putting in a cable car – a great hit with the locals, who come up here at night to admire the lights of Da Nang twinkling far below. Not that the daytime views are to be scoffed at, taking in the Hai Van Pass, Son Tra Peninsula and Marble Mountains if you’re lucky. Given the weather, you may have to content yourself with a more atmospheric scene of mountains wreathed in mist, but while it’s raining on the lower slopes, the summit may be above the clouds, enjoying brilliant sunshine.

Arrive in Hoi An – an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century, its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site, we start our walking tour to explore the ancient city of Hoi An highlights with Phuc Kien Communal House, Tan Ky ancient commercial house, Japanese covered Bridge, and Phung Hung Ancient Trading House. Visit one of the lantern making workshops. Have lunch at restaurant.
Afternoon, time for walking around for shopping and have your clothes tailored.

Cu Lao Cham island snorkeling & diving
8.00 Morning pick up at your hotel in Hoi An and transfer to the pier in Cua Dai beach. Get on board and depart to Cham Island. Water, coffee, and tea are available on board. You will arrive at the islands about 10.00am. Firsts of all, you have a snorkeling on coral reef and sightseeing of the islands. Cham Island has the biology system, which is variety for you to explore and interest. Then you have a light snack available on the board. Next, you are transferred to Bai Chong beach and have lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon you will relax on the beach, swimming and snorkeling for more enjoyment and experiences. You can join basket boat or trek along the coast as well as discover the fishing villages nearby. 16.00 you will be back the pier and get on board to return the mainland. 8.15am We start the day with a welcome drink at Coffee shop
Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dishes ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our 20 meter swimming pool – towels and showers provided.
