Day 1: HCM – Dong Thap – Chau Doc (L)
Tour beginning at 7:30 am from HCMC ahead straight for Xeo Quyt Base is 6km off the main road at My Long village, where it is adequately signposted and about 20km east of Cao Lanh, the base was home to Viet Cong generals who planned the war from the safety of the base, take a rowing boat visit the base inside the forest, rowing sampan boats through the cajupet forest, sightseeing. then through the Mekong River to SaDec by ferry boat, where is many flowers nurseries on the fringes of the city, walking along the canal to visit Duras’childhood home, many of the scenes from the film adaptation of Duras’novel The Lover. Duras’mother who was herself the local teacher. Then take a car
transfer to Chau Doc check in the hotel. Overnight in Chau Doc
Day 2: Chau Doc – Ha Tien (B/L)
Leave the Hotel at 7:30am ahead to Sam Mountain near the Cambodia border in Chau Doc Town, visit Tay An Pagoda, Lady Temple and Thoai Ngoc Hau Tomb, stop visit birds sanctuary by small motoboat in Tra Sư (Tram forest) drive to Ba Chuc massacre where 3,157 civilians were killed by Khmer Rouge in April 18 / 1978, see skullsmassacre memorial, transfer to Ha Tien Town, check in the hotel. Overnight in Ha Tien.
Day 3: Ha Tien – Rach Gia – Can Tho (B/L)
Departure at 7:30 am visit There are several attractions in the area: Thach Dong stone grotto, a piece of green stone emerging from the ground; Chong stone; Hon Phu Tu, Father and Son rocks which lie approximately 100 metres offshore; and Cave Pagoda, transfer to Rach Gia city, have a lunch in Rach Gia, then straight to Can Tho City, check in the hotel. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 4: Can Tho – HCM (B/L)
Take an early morning boat to visit Cai Rang floating market, cruise in small canal to visit orchard & enjoy fruits. Return to Can Tho, take lunch on the way. Transfer back to HCMC. End of service

Leave HCM city at 7.30am: Pick up at the lobby of your hotel, we drive for Cai Be town in Mekong Delta around 2,30 hours. Embark on private boat trip, the cruise will begin with the visit of Cai Be floating market, full of fruits and vegetables on boats for sale, then visit handicraft village with some local home factories made coconut candy, pop rice & pop corn, rice paper, rice wine. Then sampan will cruise deeper Binh hoa Phuoc island, a peaceful escape where you have delicious lunch await you at a traditional charming house built on pillars where you have overnight. DAY 2: Vinh Long – Sa Dec – HCM. (B/L)
After breakfast, your private boat for second day cruise in the Delta. Crossing the Co Chien River (belong Vinh Long Province) some of the largest Mekong’s arm, cruise under the spectacular My Thuan Bridge (built by Australia). We will cruise up- stream on the Upper River, another large arm of the Mekong river . Along river bank some dark smokes in the
sky will lead you to one of the biggest bricks and tiles factory, where you have an interesting
visit. Back to the boat cruise to Sa Dec visit Cao Dai temple. Reach Sa Dec town around noon,
lunch at local ancient house in Sa Dec. The town is appearing like a little “ Venice “ with numerous narrow canals, various kind of activities on the river bank. Walking along the narrow streets visit beautiful old houses dating from last century, some old Chinese temples,

Day 1: HCM – Xeo Quyt – MAI VANG Homestay (L/D)
Depart at 7:00 am from HCMC to Cai Be Town in Mekong River Delta (110km). Have a motorized boat ride to see Cai Be floating market with local people being selling, buying, exchanging goods from their boats. Walk around handicraft village to see rice paper making, rice crispy producing process, coconut candy workshop, then be continue transfer for My Hiep village, where take 45 minutes by motorboat along the canal to Xeo Quyt (Viet Cong Base) belong Dong Thap province see real life of local people in the Mekong River delta area. Base is 6km off the main road at My Long village, where it is adequately signposted and about 20km east of Cao Lanh, the base was home of Community Party of Dong Thap province whom
planned the war from the safety of the base, with 52 hectares forest in 1966. There was so little vegetation cover here that fast growing eucalyptus trees were planted, but even these took three years to provide sufficient cover to conceal humans. As the waterlogged ground prevented tunneling, waterproof chambers seals with plastic and resin were sunk into the mud. Stocked with rice, water with candles communist cadres co-ordinate their resistance strategy from here for almost 15 years. Despite frequent land and air raids the US forces never succeeded in finding or damaging the base. After take a small sampan around inside the Tram forest, see fighting bunkers, kitchen, office, meeting house. Have a lunch at restaurant in the base. Transfer to Vinh Long city, take a boat to MAI VANG homestay, cycling in the village or
fishing, dinner with set menu Vietnamese foods. Overnight at home stay.
DAY 2: Homestay – HCM (B/L)
Leave homestay after breakfast transfer to Sa Dec City, where is many flowers nurseries on the
fringes of the city, walking along the canal to visit Duras’childhood home, many of the scenes
from the film adaptation of Duras’novel The Lover. Duras’mother who was herself the local Pagoda since 1849 in My Tho on the way back to HCM. End of service.

My Tho is an important riverside market town, 5km off the main highway to Vinh Long and it is the Capital of Tien Giang Province. It is 70km southwest of Sai Gon on the banks of the Tien river, a distributary of the Mekong. The drive from Sai Gon is dispiriting nose-to-tail traffic and virtually uninterrupted ribbon development testify to the population pressure in so much of this land, the town has had a turbulent history, it was Khmer until the 17th century, when the advancing Vietnamese took control of surrounding area.
